Bodrum is surrendering to the rhythm of jazz for the tenth time this year. Held between June 15th and 28th, 10th International Bodrum Jazz Festival, fills the peninsula's most beautiful venues with concerts, talks, an exhibition, and a workshop for two weeks. The organization, which is the first international jazz festival to take place on Turkey's coastline since 2017, brings together local and foreign artists in Bodrum again this year; musicians from Rhodes Jazz Fest, the sister festival of the Mediterranean, are also on the program.

The festival opens its curtains on the evening of June 15th with the press launch at Very Chic Bodrum and the Lifetime Jazz Awards plaque ceremony. Rhodes & South Aegean International Jazz Festival – Sister Festival Concert

Bilal Karaman “Manouche a La Turca”
Bilal Karaman, one of Turkey's leading jazz guitarists, blends the Gypsy Jazz tradition pioneered by Django Reinhardt with the multicultural heritage of Anatolia. With his quartet, he will perform both his own compositions and original arrangements of popular classics; the evening will be crowned with the presentation of the Lifetime Jazz Award to Erkan Oğur.
